Terms & Conditions

Frame Feature provides the following services:

• Photography and Videography (product, brand, portrait, event)
• AI-assisted content workflows and prompt engineering
• Digital marketing strategy and content creation
• Visual editing, color grading, and post-production
• Consulting and structured visual communication planning

• All projects begin with a written brief or scope agreement shared via email or WhatsApp.
• Any changes to the agreed scope after work has started may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, materials, and timely feedback during the project lifecycle.

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required before any project begins.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final file delivery.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), and Cash.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

• Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at project kickoff and are subject to client feedback turnaround.
• Frame Feature is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (equipment failure, weather, client-side delays).
• Final deliverables are shared via Google Drive link, WeTransfer, or direct WhatsApp.

• Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered visual content for their stated business purposes.
• Frame Feature retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, social media, and website unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
• Raw/unedited files, source project files, and AI workflow prompts remain the intellectual property of Frame Feature and are not included in standard delivery.

• Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope.
• Additional revision rounds beyond the included limit will be charged at an hourly rate to be agreed upon.

• If a client cancels after work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable.
• If Frame Feature is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on work completed.

Frame Feature shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

• All content on this website (text, images, designs) is the intellectual property of Frame Feature.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written permission.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
